Our Mission and Goal

Our mission is to provide support services to legal professionals in an efficient and cost-effective manner. With 20 years in the legal industry and 25+ years in the Information Technology fields, our partners have designed services that aid in the legal office day-to-day tasks. Record requests, follow-up and retrieval can be time consuming, interruptive and overwhelming in a busy legal office. Chronologies and billing spreadsheets are also time consuming and can be overwhelming with the constant interruptions in the daily work necessary in a legal office. We have designed our service company to address these issues.

Our IT professional designed a secure website portal with direct input of our legal office professionals for our clients that is easy to use, informative and at a glance lets staff know the process and status of their requests. Staff with extensive backgrounds in either the medical or legal fields provide chronologies, billing spreadsheets and lien-match services.

Services are tailored to match the needs of our clients. Records/bills can be delivered in hard copy and/or electronic format. Spreadsheets and chronologies can be a quick review or extensive.
